Which human rights are violated in conflicts in the Middle East? What are the Human Rights organisations, such as Amnesty International, doing in this area? What is the relation between religion and human rights in conflict situations? What is the position of children in conflicts in the Middle East? What are the experiences of civilians and refugees?

On the 12th of May, we will discuss and answer these, and many more, questions during the first ever conference of the Amnesty International Student group Groningen. Amongst others, the Director of Amnesty International Netherlands, Eduard Nazarski, will be present.
